  • The EMI TG12345 Curve Bender was developed to celebrate the 75th birthday of Abbey Road Studios.
  • Designed by Wade Goeke of Chandler Limited, the EQ is inspired by the vintage EMI TG12345 console used in recording The Beatles and Pink Floyd.
  • This latest iteration of the EMI equaliser series builds upon the legacy established by previous EMI EQ models like the RS57 (1954), TG12345 (1969), and TG12412 (1974).
  • Expanded from the original to offer 51 EQ points. The EQ bands include filters, as well as bell/shelf selections for the high and low frequency ranges.

    Upgrades from Chandler Limited designer Wade Goeke include a mulitplier to increase the amplitude range and the conversion of the original 9 tonal selections available, to a more flexible 51 filter points. Being dual channel, the Chandler Curve Bender is equally at home as a channel EQ or as a stereo bus or mastering unit.

    Low Pass:

    • 30, 20, 18, 14, 10, 8.1, 5, 3k, and 2h frequencies
    • Gentle 6dB/octave slope

    Bass:

    • 35, 50, 70, 91, 150, 200, 300 Hz frequencies
    • Bell or shelf selection
    • +/-10 or +/-15 dB boost and cut
    • +/-15 dB boost/cut sharpens Q on bell curves
    • Individual bypass for each band

    Presence 2:

    • 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1.2, 1.8, 2.8, 3.6 kHz frequencies
    • Bell curves at +/-10 or +/-15 dB boost and cut
    • +/-15 dB boost/cut sharpens Q on curves
    • Individual bypass for each band

    Presence 1:

    • 0.8, 1.2, 1.8, 2.8, 3.6, 4.2, 6.5, 8.1 kHz frequencies
