The Avid MBox Studio is a 21-in/22-out, USB-C Audio interface with four high-quality mic preamps, 24-bit/192kHz operation, built-in real-time processing and independent cue mixing facilities for low latency tracking.
The Avid MBox Studio includes comprehensive monitoring functions, including two separate headphone outputs, two stereo sets of speakers, talkback, cue mixing and Bluetooth support.
Furthermore, the MBox Studio interface includes variable Z instrument inputs allowing guitarists to change the tone of their instruments when recording direct. Guitarists will also benefit from the greatest amp sounds thanks to the inclusion of the Eleven MkII guitar amps as well as tons of emulated stompbox effects. Two FX loop sends, and returns can also be used to integrate outboard FX or reamping purposes while the built-in tuner ensures guitarists are always in tune.
A comprehensive raft of buttons and encoders allows fast access to many functions. Four user-assignable buttons allow users to perform frequently used actions at the press of a button. Users can even customise the colour of each button to fit their requirements.
The MBox studio comes equipped with a full-year Pro Tools and Sibelius Artist subscriptions and a wide selection of processors, including all plugins included with Pro Tools Studio and the MBox Ignition Pack, comprising the following:
