The Corsynth C113 West Coast Timbre is a 5U non-linear wavefolder module inspired by two classic West Coast modular synthesisers: Buchla and Serge.

The Corsynth C113 West Coast Timbre creates rich, complex sounds by folding the incoming signal on itself, creating much more complex waveforms and rich timbres. It works best with signals with low harmonic content such as sine and triangle waves.

The West Coast Timbre modules feature two different circuits recreating the two most iconic West Coast synthesizers, Buchla and Serge, offering two distinct tonal flavours. This is activated via a switch labelled B and S.

In addition to the wave folding circuit, The C113 also includes a VCA allowing a simple system to be built by adding a VCO and an envelope generator.
