For very large deliveries or whole studio packages, we have built up a network of professional freight carriers who are extremely reliable and professional. So whether you are purchasing an XLR cable or a 96 channel console you're in safe hands!
If you would like to check the warranty offered by any manufacturer before purchasing please don't hesitate to contact us and we will qualify this with you.
We are not able to refund certain items. Special orders or software often can't be returned, so if you're planning on making use of our returns policy, please contact us first to establish if this will be possible.
We want you to have the right equipment for your needs, so if you buy something and it just doesn't do it for you, we are happy to take it back, within a reasonable period (usually 30 days). We offer the chance to demo equipment before purchase, so if you aren't sure what is right for you, please contact us first and we will try to set up a demo.
