The DPA d:vote Core 4099 for Guitar is a next generation super cardioid clip on microphone for guitar to be used on stage and or for studio applications.
The DPA d:vote CORE 4099 has been designed to provide the most natural sounding acoustic guitar. It features a highly directional capsule to provide superior isolation from other sources as well as low self noise and high gain before feedback.
Powered by DPA’s latest Core amplifier technology, the 4099G offers an impressive 108dB of dynamic range and can support up to 142dB before clipping. It also helps in providing a truly natural sound both on and off axis, avoiding unwanted harsh frequencies.
The d:vote 4099 for guitar comes with a sturdy mounting system using a rubber coated clamp to easily and securely attach the gooseneck microphone. It comes with the DAD4099 XLR adapter which requires 48V phantom power but can also work with a wireless microphone system with the correct DPA adapter.
