The Ferrofish Pulse 16 DX is a high-quality 16-channel AD/DA converter with ADAT, MADI and Dante connectors.
The Ferrofish Pulse 16 DX expands any Dante audio network with 16 AD/DA converters and offers similar performance to the Pulse 16 and channel count as the Pulse 16 MX with 64 discrete audio channels. It also includes four ADAT ports offering a total of 16 channels of conversion even at 96kHz sample rates.
The Pulse 16 DX can also operate as a format converter allowing you to convert MADI signals to Dante and vice versa or route a combination of analogue channels with MADI and route them to a Dante network.
The Pulse 16 DX CV DC-coupled outputs allow for Control Voltages to be sent to CV-ready equipment such as Analogue and Modular synthesizers. It enables the Pulse 16 to be used with Eurorack, Frac Rack, Modcan/Moog and Synthesizers.com modules.
The Pulse 16 DX uses a high-quality Cirrus Logic AD/DA chip that features active digital jitter reduction resulting in super detailed resolution and superior sound.
