The Flame Maader is a four voice polyphonic wavetable performance synthesizer, with a very interesting, immediate user interface that invites sound exploration and is designed for quick, controlled sound tweaking during a live performance.
Flame have a diverse catalogue of Eurorack modules in their back catalogue have always made unique and interesting developments which push the envelope of synth and module design forward.
Two of their more notable releases were the 4VOX wavetable oscillator and their Curves filterbank, they've always had some designs that play with sequencing concepts...so it's no surprise that for their first standalone, desktop instrument, they've taken some of their core building blocks, sandwiched them together and developed the Maander.
Maader is a 4 voice polyphonic wavetable synthesizer, with a fixed filterbank with hands on sequencing capabilities. Not only is it capable of generating a plethora of wavetable and format style filter bank tones, it also features of a HI-Z input for processing guitars and other external instruments, so no matter what your source, Maander can process it and turn it into something inspiring.
