Fredenstein F200

The Fredenstein F200 is a 1U dual channel microphone preamp followed by a dual channel FET compressor with stereo link and mix blend capabilities.

The Fredenstein F200 mic pre has a maximum gain of +60dB and features a switchable 20dB pad, low-cut filter, polarity reversal and +48V Phantom Power. With the Pad engaged, the minimum gain goes all the way down to 0dB transforming the F200 into a standard compressor. Input levels of +20dB are handled easily ensuring full line level signals compatibility. High impedance Direct Inputs are also included and works equally well on balanced and unbalanced signals.

The compressor section offers controls over Ratio, Attack time and Release time while a link function allows for true stereo operation. The included VU meter can display output level or gain reduction. 

Just like all Fredenstein products, the F200 includes a universal power supply ensuring the unit can be taken on tour and used anywhere in the world.
