The Haken Audio Slim46 Continuum Fingerboard is an incredibly versatile digital synthesiser powered by the powerful Eaganmatrix sound engine. It is designed to offer the player a broad range of playing options.

Haken Audio Slim46 Continuum Fingerboard offers unprecedented performance control and expression over a span of almost 4 octaves. This advanced magnetic sensor platform delivers three-dimensional control for each finger, with up to 16 fingers controlled independently along the XYZ axis simultaneously. There is a pleasant smooth material on top that ensures a comfortable experience. 

Six DSP chips are included with the Slim46 Continuum Fingerboard. Haken Audio Slim46 Continuum Fingerboard works in conjunction with Edmund Eagan's Eaganmatrix software. By using the expressive capabilities of the Continuum's playing surface, the EaganMatrix offers a powerful instrument that can create complex sound modulations at the touch of a finger. 

The EaganMatrix is a sound design and sonic exploration platform that combines Subtractive Synthesis, Physical Modelling with Modal Filter Banks, FM, Spectral Sets with micro-analysis, Waveguide, and Feedback Delay Networks. As a result, this instrument is one of the most expressive digital instruments ever created. 

This combination makes an exceptional instrument for players seeking an instrument with a deep level of responsiveness. This hybrid system allows complex sound design on the EaganMatrix software, which can then be stored on the Continuum Fingerboard for use within one of the 128 presets.
