The LaChapell Audio 503 is a 500-series 3-band EQ based on the 583e mic preamp module.

The LaChapell Audio 503 is a transformer-less, clean and transparent EQ producing very low distortion and minimal phase shift ensuring keeping the punch and detail of the incoming sound.

Each band offers +/-12dB cut or boost and continuous variable frequency control. Low-pass and High-pass filters are also included offering a 50Hz and 150Hz for the low frequencies and 5kHz and 10kHz high frequencies. In addition the 500-series EQ includes +/- 6dB overall trim gain stage.
