The Austrian Audio HI-X15 is a closed-back pair of headphones with High Excursion technology to offer crystal-clear sound in the studio on tour or when practising.
The Austrian Audio hi-X15 uses the same folding design as the rest of the Hi-X series ensuring easy storage and transportation. Their rugged design and durable hinge and bow also ensures that the headphones will last a long time. The Hi-X15 closed-back design provides good insulation and is great for preventing bleed into microphones during recording sessions or isolate external sounds when used as monitor headphones when mixing live shows.
The Hi-X15 employs the Austrian Audio’s High-Excursion technology, which reduces all moving mass to deliver impressive dynamic range and extremely fast transient response, revealing every detail in the stereo field. Furthermore, the 44mm Hi-X driver reproduces the lowest frequencies with no distortion, providing accurate bass frequencies and natural.
With a 25 Ohm impedance the Hi-X15 will deliver great performance on high-quality headphone amplifiers as well as any device such as mobile player, laptop and more.
Like all headphones in the Hi-X series these headphones are extremely comfortable and can be used for extended sessions without fatigue. The ear pads use soft memory foam to fit perfectly the shape of your head. The ear pads are easily replaceable.
