The Avalon V5 is a half-rack/desktop mounted Class A preamp and DI box with additional tone shaping selections.

But it doesn't stop at vocalists though - the tone-shaper stage will also optimise your bass sound to get you that warm, rounded, well-defined tone that you've been missing with lesser DI boxes and put the sonic sparkle back into your guitars.

Able to handle really high input signals and therefore ideal for modern ribbon microphones, the Avalon V5 also offers the perfect re-amping solution - not that common on many regular DIs - by using transformer-isolated outputs.
