Neve 8816 A/D Board

Neve 8816 A/D Board is a Digital output option for the 8816 summing system.

AES Sync : Input impedance can be set to 75 Ohm using the selection switch on the rear of the unit.

Wordclock IN : BNC 75 Ohm output TTL level world clock signal at sampling frequencies buffered from ADC sync source.

AES Out : Male XLR outputs standard AES 110 Ohm digital audio.

In normal operation (working at 48kHz while syncing to a 48kHz clock), both XLRs will output a parallel signal of the analogue Main Mix

When working in Dual Mode (syncing to a 48kHz clock yet selecting 96kHx on the front panel), the Left of the Main Mix will be sent on the Left XLR and the Right of the Main Mix will be sent on the right XLR.
