Layer and Advanced Split Functionality: The instrument's panel features three autonomous sound sections - Organ, Piano, and Sample Synth - which can be employed simultaneously as layers or splits. With 6 Split Points and the innovative Split Point Crossfade functionality, initially introduced in the Stage 3 model, you can achieve seamless transitions between the two split zones. You can choose from 3 different crossfade widths (Small, Large, or Off) as indicated by different LED colours.

Refined Program Section: The Nord Electro 6D 73 introduces a streamlined Program section with an Organize mode featuring Copy/Paste and Move functionality, allowing you to efficiently arrange your Programs in your preferred order. A new Page View simplifies sorting and organizing pages as a song list.

Organ Section: The Nord Electro 6D 73 incorporates Nord's award-winning Nord C2D Organ simulations, encompassing B3 Tonewheel and Vintage Transistor Organs and two Pipe Organ models. The Organ section also boasts the latest vintage 122 Rotary Speaker simulation.

Pipe Organ Models: Within the Organ section, you'll find two distinct Pipe Organ models. Pipe 1 offers a pure Organ sound with few harmonics. In contrast, Pipe 2, originally introduced with the Electro 5, emulates the metal pipes commonly found in pipe and church organs, now including a unique detune mode when enabling Vibrato/Chorus.

Dual Organ Mode: The new Dual Organ mode provides rapid access to dual manual setups and grants comprehensive control over the drawbar settings for both the Lower and Upper manual.
