The Pultec EQM-1A Matched pair is not a mere copy, but the actual real Pultec. Built to exacting standard by Dr Steve Jackson who has spent years of research in sourcing modern equivalent, the EQM-1A is indistinguishable from units built 50 years ago.

The only differences are the inclusion of Progressive-taper ELMA Switch stepped controls to allow for finer 0.5dB increments and easy recall. Another difference is the restricted 10dB boost/cut which is more suited for mastering applications.
