If you're happy and feel looked after, we hope you will become a regular customer of ours. We will always try to make sure you are working when you need to be. Studio equipment will occasionally break, there's not a lot anyone can do about that, but we will try to ease your pain.
KMR serve working professionals every day, so if you rely on your equipment for your living (or even if you're just a dedicated casual user) we are here to help.
We have access to excellent service engineers in the business and aim to turn around faulty items in the quickest possible time - we will do everything we can to keep our customers working.
Everything we supply is supported by the manufacturer's standard warranty (usually 12 months, though this varies greatly). Some manufacturers offer longer warranties.
If you would like to check the warranty offered by any manufacturer before purchasing please don't hesitate to contact us and we will qualify this with you.
If you believe you've received a defective product, then please get in touch with us straight away. We will do our utmost to sort out any problems quickly and to your satisfaction. Where items are found to be faulty within 7 days from date of purchase, they will be classed as an out of box failure. We will arrange collection and endeavour to replace the faulty product immediately (subject to stock availability).
Any faulty items over 30 days old will need to be returned to either our service department, the manufacturer or their appointed service centre for warranty repair. Please get in contact with us and we will advise on the best course of action.
